My family just got back from visiting Wilmington for summer. We spent the night at the Marriott-Courtyard off Market St. We used to stay with my cousin, but they move to south carolina for his work. it was absolutely wonderful at that time. Returning after so many years, I was glad to find that Wilmington has remained the same.
If I am to relocate from Jacksonville, Wilmington is my place. Because I’m a laid back person and I love the beach. Wilmington has some wonderful park and loop at Wrightsville Beach real estate.Parks are beautiful, especially Greenfield Lake, which is a five mile around lake with beautiful foilage, wonderful birds as well as alligators (that can be viewed both with the naked eye or binoculars (for those faint of heart). The beaches, both Wrightsville and Carolina Beach are probably 20 minutes away (at most) from anywhere in Wilmington. The people, for the most part are very friendly & diversified.
There are plenty of bars and beach areas….They have a small water park called Jungle Rapids…which costs as much to get in as larger parks, we do have a small and very nice petting zoo called Tregembo. The closest Large Zoo is 3.5 hours away, large Amusement Park… but the beaches like wrightsville beach are what make the Wilmington area special.
Wrightsville Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Atlantic coast and it’s no wonder why Wrightsville Beach homes are some of the most sought after in the United States.

Hi! Just the other day, my neighbor/ friend came to me for help because their air condition is not working. She’s looking for air condition technician. The bed in our house master’s bedroom is one of the last furniture pieces bought by my mother before she passed away. The bed has been with us for fourteen years ( the mattress has been changed several times) and it has sentimental value because it was picked by my mom. But it has been in a not so good state with some of the varnish paint peeling off that I think it has to be changed into a new one.
